I climbed the corporate ladder, hit every milestone, and excelled at every role handed to me. I did everything right. And two years ago, I hit rock bottom. I didn't know who I was or what I was worth anymore.

I finally told the truth to my family: completely vulnerable, terrified they'd leave. They didn't. They loved me back to life. And in that moment I realized: I was not alone in my struggle.
